Established in 2009, TrustCapital Advisors Investment Management (“TrustCapital”, formerly CIMB-TrustCapital Advisors) is a company providing real estate advisory and investment management services. This encompasses wholesale property funds, property syndicates and real estate advisory services targeted primarily at the commercial office, logistics, PBSA and retail sectors in selected real estate markets.
TrustCapital is the holding company of TC Advisors Australia Investment Management, an investment entity established in Australia to provide fund management and advisory services. It is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
