    Brendan was the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Australand prior to his retirement in June 2007. Since then, he has become a director of Australand Funds Management, GPT RE Limited, Brickworks Limited and 2 substantial private entities, one of which is a major Victorian land and housing company while the other is a significant Melbourne apartment joint venture.Brendan is also Chairman of the Western Sydney Parklands Trust as well as being a director of the Barangaroo Delivery Authority, a member of the National Housing Supply Council and has been recently appointed as one of the New South Wales Government’s representatives on the Central Sydney Planning Committee. He holds tertiary qualifications in Surveying, Town Planning and Business Administration as well as being a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the Australian Property Institute and a member of the Planning Institute of Australia.

    Swe Guan was a Managing Director of GIC Real Estate Pte Ltd, the real estate investment arm of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pte Ltd prior to his retirement in February 2011. He spent 14 year with GIC and his responsibilities included being the joint Regional Head of Property for Australia and Asia and Global Head of the Corporate Investment Group that invests in listed property companies and REITs.Prior to joining GIC, Swe Guan was a Portfolio Manager, Property with SUNCORP Investments where he resided in Brisbane for two years. He also held positions in organisations including Knight Frank, Jones Lang Wootton and the Urban Redvelopment Authority of Singapore.Swe Guan currently serves as an independent director on Global Logistic Properties in Singapore and Sunway City Berhad in Malaysia. He also sits on the Audit Committee of both companies. His past directorship's included being GIC's nominee on the boards of Land & Houses PLC in Thailand, Thakral Holdings Group and General Property Trust Group in Australia. He is also actively involved with the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA), and serves as the Chairman of the board of directors. Swe Guan holds an MBA from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business, The University of Virginia, a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) (Honours) degree from the University of Singapore and obtained his CFA charter in 1991.

    David was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Land Japan Trust, an American-owned company based in Japan. APL invests primarily in the retail and commercial space with about US$3 billion of assets under management. Before joining APL, David was the Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, the manager of CapitaCommercial Trust (CCT), the largest commercial REIT listed on the SGX-ST. Under his watch, CCT expanded through acquisitions and organic growth, bringing its assets under management from S$2.6 billion to S$4.8 billion, and achieving a near doubling of its market capitalisation. From 2004 to early 2006, David was Senior Vice President and Head of Listings at SGX-ST, where he spearheaded the development and growth of new company listings on the SGX-ST. He also held senior positions in organisations including the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, UBS AG, JP Morgan, and the Singapore Police Force. David was a Singapore Government Scholar who graduated from Cambridge University with a Masters degree in Law in 1985. He is also a barrister called to the UK Bar. David is one of the two founding shareholders of TrustCapital Advisors.

    Christopher was formerly the Head of Property Asia for ANZ, one of Australia's Big Four commercial banks. He spent 16 years with ANZ and was a key player in establishing ANZ as the top Australian Bank in Singapore. Strong in financial advisory, debt arranging, structuring and risk management, Christopher is highly regarded in this business and has a strong professional network of major Asian investors, bankers, lawyers, accountants and real estate agencies.He represented ANZ in the Asian Public Real Estate Association 2009 and was also on the Board of The Australian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore from 2003-2007. Christopher has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland, Australia and is a qualified Chartered Accountant of Australia. He also lived in Australia for 10 years. He is one of the two founding shareholders of TrustCapital Advisors and also President of the Australian Alumni Singapore.

    Mr Andy Tan-ChyeGuan is the Chairman of Tenacity Group Holdings a private investment group and Advisor to Principal Global Investors at Principal Financial Group, a global investment management group and Fortune 500 company with close to US$700 billion of assets under management. He is the former CEO and Representative Director of Generali Real Estate Asia at Generali Group, a global insurer and Fortune 500 company with €500 billion of assets under management. Prior, he was the Executive Vice President of MEAG Pacific Star Asset Management where MEAG is Munich Reinsurance asset management arm. He was also the Vice President of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) real estate arm. Globally, he has invested and managed multi-billion portfolios across Asia, Australia and Europe ranging from indirect listed and unlisted companies, REITs, funds, strategic alliances to direct investment and development assets.He is also the Chairman of TrustCapital Advisors, a real estate advisory and management services company and Chairman of APREA Singapore Chapter, a pan-Asia association forglobal institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and fund managers in Asian real estate. He serves as a Board Member of the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) Exams Board, aSteering Committee Member of the Singapore Stewardship Principles and an Inquiry Panel Member of The Law Society appointed by the Chief Justice. He is also a Fellow of theSingapore Institute of Directors (SID) and former Chairman of SID Board Diversity & Appointment Service and SID Board & Council Member. He therefore brings on board extensive international and diversified experience in management, business development, fund management, investment, asset management, stewardship and corporate governance.
