Christopher Cheah Yew Ho
Christopher was formerly the Head of Property Asia for ANZ, one of Australia’s Big Four commercial banks. He spent 16 years with ANZ and played a key role in establishing ANZ as the top Australian Bank in Singapore. Strong in financial advisory, debt arranging, structuring and risk management, Christopher is highly regarded in this business and has a strong professional network in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. He represented ANZ on the Board of The Australian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore from 2003-2007 and in the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association in 2009. Christopher has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland, Australia and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He also lived in Australia for 10 years from 1981-1991. He was the President of the Australian Alumni Singapore from 2014-2018 and is now the Chairman of the Council of Advisors of the Australian Alumni Singapore. He is one of the two founding shareholders of TrustCapital.

David Tan Wei-Son
David was formerly the Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, the manager of CapitaCommercial Trust (CCT), the largest commercial REIT listed on the SGX-ST. Under his watch, CCT expanded through acquisitions and organic growth, bringing its assets under management from S$2.6 billion to S$4.8 billion, and achieving a near doubling of its market capitalisation.
From 2004 to early 2006, David was Senior Vice President and Head of Listings at SGX-ST, where he spearheaded the development and growth of new company listings on the SGX-ST. He also held senior positions in organisations including the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, UBS AG, JP Morgan, and the Singapore Police Force. David was a Singapore Government Scholar who graduated from Cambridge University with a Master’s Degree in Law in 1985. He is also a barrister called to the UK Bar. David is one of the two founding shareholders of TrustCapital.

Brendan Crotty
Brendan Crotty served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Australand Property Group for 17 years from 1990 to 2007, followed by 10 years as Chairman of Western Sydney Parklands Trust. He was appointed inaugural Board Chair of the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC) — now Housing Australia — from 2018 to 2021. Brendan has also held board directorships at GPT RE Limited, Brickworks Limited, Dennis Family Holdings, the Barangaroo Delivery Authority, the Macquarie University Council and Australand Funds Management.
Brendan holds Post Graduate Diplomas in Town and Country Planning from the Queensland Institute of Technology and Business Administration from Macquarie University. He has completed the Advanced Management Programme at the International Institute for Management Development Business School and the Strategic Use of Information Technology Programme at Stanford University.

Lim Swe Guan
Swe Guan is currently a director of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA), a non-profit organisation that promotes real estate investment in the Asia Pacific region. He is also the Chairman of Stoneweg European REIT, listed on the SGX, formerly known as Cromwell European REIT, and was appointed Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Thakral Corporation in April 2024. He was also on the boards of GPT in Australia, GLP and Sunway Berhad. From 2008 to 2011, he was the Managing Director of GIC Real Estate, as the Regional Head of Property Investment for Australia, Japan and Southeast Asia and the Global Head of the Corporate Investments Group that invests in public REITs and property companies. Prior to GIC, Swe Guan held roles at Suncorp Investments in Brisbane as Portfolio Manager of Property Funds, and at Jones Lang Wootton in Sydney where he rose to Research Director.
Swe Guan holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management from the University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business, The University of Virginia. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst of the CFA Institute.

Dr Bill Foo
Dr Bill Foo is a corporate leader and professional director with over 35 years of financial services experience across Asia. He served as Chief Executive Officer of ANZ Singapore for 12 years and as Vice Chairman of ANZ South and Southeast Asia for a further 4 years. Earlier in his career, he was Southeast Asia Head of Investment Banking at Schroders and held senior roles at Citibank and Bank of America. Dr Foo currently chairs Tung Lok Group and the Salvation Army Singapore/South Asia, and holds board positions at Kenon Holdings (NYSE listed) and CDL Hospitality Trusts.
Dr Bill Foo holds an MBA from McGill University and an honorary Doctor of Commerce from James Cook University.

Adrian Pozzo
Adrian Pozzo served as Chief Executive Officer of Cbus Property for 19 years from July 2007 to March 2026, having joined the business as Chief Financial Officer in 2002. Under his leadership, Cbus Property grew into one of Australia’s most recognised integrated property investors and developers. Adrian is currently a Member of the Victoria University Council, Chair of its Infrastructure Committee and a member of its Finance & Investment Committee. He is a Certified Practising Accountant, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and served as Chair of the Green Building Council of Australia.
